Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Judith Glover Design. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Purchasing

When you submit your order you are allowing Judith Glover Design to use your personal details to fulfill your order. In the event of a problem with your order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone. The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability and it is not always possible to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In the event of this happening we will advise you when we expect goods to be available or a full refund will be sent. Please note that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any amendments to the address or items ordered.

Methods of Payment

We currently accept payments through the website or personal cheques. Please make payable to “Judith Glover Design.”

Delivery

Please allow 14 days for delivery from the time of placing your order. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Non UK Customers

Overseas orders are placed at the customers risk. Judith Glover Design will not accept responsibility for overseas orders lost in transit.

Cancellations and Damaged or Faulty Goods

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to return the goods in perfect condition and in their original packaging and condition for a full refund during the period starting from the day of order and ending 7 working days after the goods have been delivered. Please note we can only make refunds on goods that are returned in a saleable condition. Please allow 21 days for us to refund your money.

Returning Goods

Please contact us first by telephone or email to inform us that you wish to return your goods.

Privacy & Security

When you place an order our secure server software encrypts all your personal information. This ensures that the information you send can only be used for the purpose of supplying goods. When submitting your order you are agreeing to purchase goods and allow Judith Glover Design to use your personal details in this way. We do not store payment card details. We will get your opt-in consent before we add you to our mailing list and we will never share your personal details with any third party. You can opt out from our mailing list at any time.

Data Protection

Judith Glover Design is committed to protecting customer privacy. We do not sell, loan or rent any identifiable customer details to any third party. We are committed to and abide by the UK Data Protection Acts 1984, 1998 and 2018.
