What are your opening hours?

We are here Monday to Friday (10am-5pm) to answer your questions, send your orders and create new things!

 

Are you available for custom design projects and commissions?

Yes! I am available for custom design work and commissions. Please email info@judithglover.co.uk with brief details and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

 

When will you send out my order?

Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday are usually dispatched the same day. We offer free delivery on all items as standard, with delivery expected in 3-5 business days. We will send you an email as soon as your item is on its way!

If you have selected premium delivery at the checkout you’ll receive your order within 1-2 business days. International orders are dispatched in 1-3 business days, with a delivery window of 5-10 business days from dispatch date.

 

How much is delivery?

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. If you’d like your order faster, we offer premium delivery at an extra charge - you can select this at checkout. If you’re ordering from outside the UK the postage cost depends on your location. If you have any questions about delivery feel free to get in touch and we can help.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed and you’ll get a follow-up email once your package has been dispatched. Standard orders typically take 3-5 working days (sometimes faster depending on Royal Mail!). If this time has passed and you still haven’t received your order please do get in touch with us directly.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Visa (credit and debit cards)

  • MasterCard (credit and debit cards)

  • American Express

  • Paypal

We also accept Apple Pay - this option is only visible to customers who have set up Apple Pay on your device.

 

Can I send a card direct to the recipient?

Yes, we can hand write your message and deliver direct to the recipient for no extra charge. After purchasing, just send us a message at info@judithglover.com with your chosen greeting and the recipient’s address. Please be sure to include your order number. Please allow 5 working days to guarantee this service.
